The Windfall Farms Founding Members Program is designed to provide participation in this exclusive lifestyle community.


Investors earn a 7% annual preferred return, guaranteed by Limoneira Company (NASDAQ: LMNR). Founding Members’ invested capital will be returned before Limoneira Company recovers any invested capital.


Complimenting the preferred return, each Founding Member will have the option of either their share of 50% of net profits from lot sales OR a discount on one, 10-acre Windfall Farms parcel. Founding Members will be given preference on Windfall Farms lots.


As additional security, Founding Member Investors will have the option to convert any unreturned capital, plus accrued interest into Limoneira common stock for a period of four years from the date of closing of the investment.
