Windfall Farms boasts a 724 acre property and horse farm with one of the finest equestrian facilities in the Western United States. The farm was initially developed as the only Kentucky-style thoroughbred farm in California. It is currently operated as a horse training and boarding facility with an extensive farming operation.

The property includes 4 barn facilities:  Our 11,200 sq ft Stallion Barn is equipped with a large bar area and can seat up to 200 people for a dinner or gala event; the 6,050 sq ft Yearling Barn includes an outside courtyard that makes it ideal for a larger group daytime setting and is currently the heart of Windfall's equestrian activities; and the 12,000 sq ft Foaling Barn provides a unique place for equestrian activities.  Windfall also has a full-size race track and 15,400 sq ft event facility modeled after the world-famous Santa Anita racing venue.

In addition to the equestrian facilities, Windfall has a +10,000 sq ft main Owner's residence that includes 4 master suites, a full-size professional kitchen with eating space for up to 30.  The main house has a board room with complete audio-visual set up and a main meeting space that accomodate up to 50 people.  There is also a second residence available that includes 4 bedrooms.  Windfall has relationships with Paso Robles' best catering and event companies and we are happy to make introductions.
